We are tal­king about women, well awa­re that all per­sons who are not iden­ti­fy­ing as Cis-Male are affec­ted by gen­der-based vio­lence and also Cis-Males are affec­ted by patri­ar­chal vio­lence. Howe­ver, as we are dis­cus­sing gen­der-based vio­lence against women and tho­se who read fema­le in this infor­ma­ti­on cam­pai­gn, we are also spe­ci­fi­cal­ly addres­sing them. The nati­on­wi­de hel­pli­ne “Gewalt gegen Frau­en“ (Vio­lence against Women) is a nati­on­wi­de coun­sel­ling ser­vice for women who have expe­ri­en­ced or are still expe­ri­en­cing vio­lence.
